Meditation on Grace

I was meditating on the subject of grace this morning while out praying and here is the conclusion. Jesus died for the sin of the world which means man is free from being bound to walking in Satan's kingdom and free to walk in the kingdom of love and light. Satan's kingdom is all about law and condemnation. All it takes is simple repentance, a change of mind, a turning around and accepting what Jesus did and come to a place of belief. A choice between the 2 kingdoms, a choice of which tree one is eating from. The sad part is people do not know what they are missing because the so called church has failed in its mission. Also where are the so called Christians living the life of freedom that people can see. What the world sees of Christianity is church sad to say. Time to get out there and live freedom, true freedom, rejoicing no matter what muck and rubbish those around us are living in and under. Another day here to live the freedom and to do so repent for living in unbelief and hence living a negative confession.

Reply re judging

A reply to a man who believes we are called to judge. The last thing I desire is to go back and forth over the issue of judging. I set the man free to what he believes, which I believe is working by law not relationship by use scripture outside of a relationship. It is clear we will all die because we have the sin of Satan, which is pride, that manifests through putting ourselves up as a judge. Father God put all the sin judgment of man on Jesus, hence we can have a living relationship with him. Yes there are statements we are called to make which are judgments, but I will stress we are only to be used to say such things as a channel of the Godhead. Jesus only said and did what the Father told him, he lived while on earth under total submission as a man to the Godhead. To judge is to condemn and reject. We can all quote verses, if not directed by the Holy Spirit to do so, it is using scripture as law and Jesus is the end of the law for righteousness. If not careful we can all accuse each other when making statements which are judgments. There are verses like Galatians 5:15 But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another. Galatians 6:1 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted. Here is another verse. Isaiah 54:17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD. How? We condemn by not condemning back. It is like when a person shouts, the other to either whisper or say nothing leaves the shouting person naked. The Word says, Judge not. Matthew 7:1. The key is when judgment has to be made, if I am to be used to make it, in my heart I need to make sure do not judge them. I have all the seeds of destruction in me that are in all mankind, and it is only Father God's grace they have not born that fruit. There is only one sin, disobedience, all the rest is fruit. What causes the sin of disobedience to manifest is PRIDE. Proverbs 16:18 Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall. Yesterday I put on face book, Found myself being annoyed this morning that the bank had sent a letter to our house address and not to the Post Office Box. A thought immediately followed, to be annoyed is because you have judged. Judging is what destroys peace. Peace and judging do not live in the same room. I covet peace hence judging has to go full stop. Thou will keep him in perfect peace who's mind is stayed on Jesus. What would happen when I come across a situation that scripture tells me is off the wall. Simple answer, pray, pray, pray till I know the mind of Christ and only speak what he says, with a heart full of love and compassion. I believe the correct way to deal with a person according to Matthew18:15 to 20 is to go to them and tell them you love them, but that you do not agree with what they are doing, and if they continue doing that, these are the consequences, and offer help them. If they refuse take one or 2 more and all say the same, if they refuse that tell all they fellowship with to go and say the same, if they refuse that, they will leave because they have rejected the love. They have been put out of the church through love, not law. These days this is where I have arrived at, have found it wins more for Christ than where I once walked and believed because before I did and said all thing out of law, now it is out of relationship with the Godhead and my fellow man. Jesus had compassion, one thing I was short on. We all desire love acceptance and forgiveness and in my short lifetime have not found much of that from professing Christians, especially Pentecostals, some from Anglicans which has amazed me. We are all on a journey, only Father God knows the truth of the heart, my prayer is that we all become more Christ like which can be obtained by being filled with the Holy Spirit which is an on going process.

Israel or the Church

Father God raised up a nation called the children of Israel [People who came from the linage of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob] to be a witness to the world of what happens when they listened to His voice and were obedient to what they were told. The end result after many generations was a nation that lost the relationship, lived by laws they had made and became full of pride saying they were the chosen ones and every one else was dammed. After Jesus came, died on the Cross, buried, rose after 3 days and returned to heaven, the nation of Israel was replaced as a nation to be the witness to the world. Father God created a body on earth called the Church to be that witness until the time the church age ends. Sad to say the church has gone the way the nation of Israel went, full of pride proclaiming to be God's chosen and locked away unto themselves especially in western nations. There are nations in the world right now where professing Christians are dying for their faith. How would those in western nations respond to being persecuted even to death as they are? Would the response be as Stephens was as recorded in Acts 7: 59-ď 60 And they stoned Stephen, calling upon God, and saying, Lord Jesus, receive my spirit. And he kneeled down, and cried with a loud voice, Lord, lay not this sin to their charge. And when he had said this, he fell asleep. The church age is about to come to an end, then Father God will return to the nation of Israel, as recorded in Romans 11:25-27 ďFor I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.Ē

What do I do with what I discern.

Am concerned about all those I know who have stopped going to church and are not gathering in some form as exhorted in Hebrews 10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. Leaving church because of seeing the church is not relational and judging that, once making that judgment you cannot move into relationships because it has opened the door to a spirit of independence and rebellion to reign. What do I do with what I discern? Most make a judgement according to what they believe is right or wrong. Unless it is by discernment one sees things taking place that are out of order, it will be by a personal judgement which openís the door to being under the control of independence and rebellion, leaving no way to come into relationship, hence remain in isolation or go back to being under the situation you have judged. Discern but do not judge. This leaves you free to leave without the baggage of rebellion/control/ independence, and you are free to form new relationships. SummaryÖ Whatever I discern I am not to judge. Rather, Ask Jesus what I am to do in that situation and follow His direction. Any decision made out of my own judgement locks me in to the situation I have judged and it will control me. Many have become like the dry bones as recorded in Ezekiel 37. The key to returning to having the right spirit is always through repentance. Lord I have blown it, forgive me and tell me what I must now do to prove I desire to be an obedient Child.

Ruling spirits

There are 3 ruling spirits running it seems unchecked, either stopping relationships from being formed or destroying relationships. They are, Independence, Control, and rebellion. All the result of no submission in the heart, first to the Godhead, then to those we are meant to relate to. For rebellion to manifest it has to meet rejection. No rejection rebellion is dead in the water. We in western culture live at a time when sex is seen as a recreation and it has brought untold confusion into the family unite. Where there are few or not many stable relationships, that nation has lost its foundation.

The heart & marriage

Research has shown that the heart, the actual organ, is not just a passive pump taking orders from the brain. The heart has its own independent nervous system with 40,000 neurons that give it feeling and thinking capability. That is why the Bible says As a man thinks in his heart. Out of the heart proceed Matthew 15:19 Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks Matt 12:34 As a man thinks in his heart. Proverbs 23:7 Guard your heart with all diligence. Colossians 3:15 The heart is the centre of man not his brain. Marriage Noun The legal, formal union of a man and a woman, typically recognized by law, by which they become husband and wife. The ceremony, civil or religious, by which two people of opposite sex become husband and wife. The Bible definition 1) To lead in marriage, take to wife 1a) To get married, to marry 1b) To give one's self in marriage 2) To give a daughter in marriage. Unless a formal union has taken place a couple cannot say they are married. To be a truly stable as Father God meant marriage to be, there are 3 parts. The heart, a civil ceremony and the physical union. Sad to say many people who have had a civil marriage service have only some of the 3 parts, thus causing conflicts. A mess is created when neither have their heart in it, or only one does. If the heart is not in it, there is no true marriage. It is about the motive of the heart for it to be true marriage. When the heart is not in it, there is no true love. Another reason for conflict, is because of independence on the part of one or both. Anger comes when one independent person does not get what they expect. James 4:1 From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members? you lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. The first Biblical reference is found in Geneses 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh. Where a couple have come together and had physical union, the Bible says they become one flesh 1 Corinthians 6:16. In the sight of Father God they are in union hence we say married, which according to the word married is not correct, they are joined in a way that they are one.

Posted on Face Book

Through the month of December 2009 the following messages came and I placed them on Face Book. Why do people get angry when they are right and not believed? Answer. Self-righteous which is pride The anger of man does not work the righteousness of God. Any one who gets angry has lost the plot. The anger is a response of pride especially in men who know the truth. What they say is the truth, and when they meet others who do not know the truth [but believe they do] and try to get them to see and know the truth and that person does not believe them, they respond from frustration that boils over in anger. When men live off the expectation of approval from other people to whom they tell the truth, and it is not acknowledged, they become angry, because their goal of approval is blocked which is an unrealistic expectation that people will believe them. It is not believed because they are working from right and wrong, which does not build a relationship. The revelation was a shocker even to me that anger and passivity have the same root, self-righteousness. Neither is Jesus Word into a situation. Both the person who displays anger, and the person who displays passivity are both angry inside. We should have the mind of Christ and out of a quiet and meek spirit confront all lies and deception with the truth. The key is what glorifies Jesus, neither, anger or passivity will. A child at the beach gets sand on an elderly gentleman's shirt. He is not upset, other people were, itís all about how you handle it. Every incident is an opportunity to either build or break relationships. When is speaking out about an issue not a judgment? When it is the truth spoken in love. People who get upset when speaking the truth, are speaking from the law of right and wrong, no relationship in that.

Saved by fire

Saved by fire. 1) He who called upon the name of the Lord will be saved. We cannot argue or alter that statement. All who call on Jesus to save them from eternal loss will be saved. 2) 1Co 3:15 if any manís work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he shall be saved; yet so as by fire. This verse tells us clearly that those who live selfishly will be saved but will be there with nothing but themselves. 3) Challenged by sovereign grace, Saviour divine, shall I withhold from thee that which is thine, While others toil for thee till shadows fall, Will I no trophies bring when comes the call, The trophies are a harvest of people who's lives have been influenced for Jesus by my being a living witness of what the Holy Spirit has done in and through me. 4) This can only happen as each individual Christian walks in a living relationship with Jesus by the anointing of the Holy Spirit. 5) The important thing is not about being saved or lost, it is all about a living relationship which will produce fruit for time and eternity.

First church

What did the Church gathering look like when it first began after the resurrection of Jesus? 1) They met in homes. 2) Breaking of bread [communion] was included as part of an evening meal on the first day of the week. Acts 20:7 3) The format for the gathering 1Corinthians 10 to 14. 4) All took part, one at a time unless singing 1 Corinthians 14:26. 5) No one up front leading, all contributing a little. 6) Leadership male. Males were responsible before God for wife and children. 1Timothy 3:2, 1Peter 3:7 7) As to matters of leadership and discerning, women keep silent because women are likely to be deceived as Eve was. Any discernment they had, they were to ask their husbands or dad at home. 1Corinthians 14:34-36 Another subject. What happens when Jesus returns for his bride? I believe this will be the greatest 24hour evangelical witness. 1Thessalonians 4:13-18. It is taken from what happened when Jesus died on the cross, Mt 27:52-53: The graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, and came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many. When Jesus returns for his bride the dead in Christ will rise first, as it says in 1 Corinthians 15:51-52, and they will be changed in a moment in the twinkling of an eye, not caught up. It will take a day of 24 hours, and as the day dawns around the world, the saints will rise from where they left off their old bodies, walk into the nearest town as a witness, and then be caught up. Those who at that moment witness the raising of the dead will have a few minutes to choose to accept Jesus and go with them, or remain to go through great tribulation. That is why we are told in Luke 17:32 to Remember Lotís wife. No looking back. All true born-again believers who are walking by the Holy Spirit, have a wonderful hope and a future.
