In no way am I against signs and wonders.
\nThey should be a normal happening, in the life of every true Christian.
\nHealing and deliverance are sign gifts to a sin sick world.
\nThere is a loving heavenly Father who desires people to be blessed and be free.
\nSickness in the church is a sign of disobedience and repentance is the key to walking in divine health.
\nExodus 15:26 And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee. <\/p>\n
I personally have witnessed hundreds healed and delivered through prayer, the laying on of hands, and commanding spiritual forces of darkness to leave. <\/p>\n
Signs and wonders, [included in that is healings] are not necessarily proof of the presence of Father God.<\/p>\n
They are an attribute [Part of Father God\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s grace gifts to his children] of God activated by faith.
\nJesus said, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Your faith has made you whole.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n
The true sign of the presence of God is found in Job 42:6 \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Wherefore I abhor myself, and repent in dust and ashes.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n
Isaiah 6:5 \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n
That is why in Matthew 24:23-27 we are told not to go running after such things.<\/p>\n
What is of most importance is relationship; being joined first to Father God, through the Lord Jesus by the Holy Spirit, then with each other as his body.
\nJust as Jesus prayed that they may be one, just as He and the Father are one.
\nJohn 17:21-22.<\/p>\n
We must not judge out of what we know as right and wrong, we need to hear clear from the throne of Grace what we as individuals should do and say.
\n1 Corinthians 4:4 Judge nothing before the time.
\nSure we are to share our concerns, the main thing is to testify of what the Holy Spirit has to say about it, not what I want to say.<\/p>\n
Jesus only said and did what his Father instructed him to do,
\nJohn 8:28-29 put another way, He walked through each day in relationship, not doing or saying anything, outside of that relationship.
\nSo must we, to be a representative of Jesus on earth today.<\/p>\n
All must line up with God’s Word.
\nThe truth is in knowing that whatever is said and done is from Father God.
\n1) People are repenting. Acts 2:38
\n2) Jesus is being lifted up. John 12:23
