\nThe heart is the centre of man not his brain.<\/p>\n
Marriage
\nNoun
\nThe legal, formal union of a man and a woman, typically recognized by law, by which they become husband and wife.
\nThe ceremony, civil or religious, by which two people of opposite sex become husband and wife.<\/p>\n
The Bible definition
\n1) To lead in marriage, take to wife
\n 1a) To get married, to marry
\n 1b) To give one’s self in marriage
\n2) To give a daughter in marriage.
\nUnless a formal union has taken place a couple cannot say they are married.<\/p>\n
To be a truly stable as Father God meant marriage to be, there are 3 parts.
\nThe heart, a civil ceremony and the physical union.<\/p>\n
Sad to say many people who have had a civil marriage service have only some of the 3 parts, thus causing conflicts.<\/p>\n
A mess is created when neither have their heart in it, or only one does.<\/p>\n
If the heart is not in it, there is no true marriage.
\nIt is about the motive of the heart for it to be true marriage.
\nWhen the heart is not in it, there is no true love.<\/p>\n
Another reason for conflict, is because of independence on the part of one or both.
\nAnger comes when one independent person does not get what they expect.<\/p>\n
James 4:1 From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members? you lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.<\/p>\n
The first Biblical reference is found in Geneses 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.<\/p>\n
Where a couple have come together and had physical union, the Bible says they become one flesh 1 Corinthians 6:16.
